Repairs and valuations are handled with care by our team, with much of the repair work carried out by our on-site goldsmiths and valuations undertaken by our in-house gemmologist, Amy, who holds FGA status with distinction in the Gem-A Gemmology Diploma.

It doesn't matter where a piece originally came from. If it means something to you, we'll treat it with the same care we'd give something we made ourselves.
