Jewellery repairs are carried out on-site by our own goldsmiths, the same people who make our bespoke work. A small number of highly specialised jobs are sent to trusted outside specialists, but we'll always tell you if that's the case.
Watches are a little different: we handle battery replacements and strap fittings in-store, and arrange service estimates for major brands through the right external workshops. We'll walk you through exactly what that involves when you bring your watch in.

We Confirm the Quote
We'll explain exactly what needs doing and what it'll cost, before any work begins.

We Get to Work
Once you're happy to go ahead, our goldsmiths (or the right specialist, for watches) get started.
In-store jewellery quotes are free. For watch service estimates that need to go away to the manufacturer, we take a £25 deposit to cover admin and postage, non-refundable, but fully redeemable against the cost of your repair if you go ahead.
