JEWELLERY REPAIRS
We offer a range of jewellery repairs, an example of which can be found below. We strongly recommend bringing the item with you when you visit us so that we can provide you with an accurate quote.

Resetting precious gemstones

The majority of our jewellery repairs are carried out on site by our skilled team of Goldsmiths. Some specialist services are sent to our external partners.
WATCH REPAIRS
Alongside our jewellery repair services, we offer an extensive list of watch services.

We are able to carry out watch battery replacements in store. Please note, we do not have the equipment to reseal your watch for water resistancy. If you need your watch resealed, it will need to be sent away for this service. We carry a beautiful range of Hirsch leather watch straps which you can browse instore.

In addition to this, we are able to offer partial and full service estimates for all major watch brands. We charge a non refundable £25 deposit which covers admin and postage fees in sending your watch away for estimate. Should you decide to proceed, the £25 is redeemable against the price of your repair.
