We get asked lots of questions every day about our bespoke jewellery service so we thought we would put together this handy guide so you can find the answer to your question quickly.

Is bespoke jewellery expensive?
The beauty of bespoke jewellery is that it is bespoke. Every element of it can be designed around your taste, your style and more importantly, your budget. It always helps us if you're upfront about how much you would like to spend from the beginning. We're not being nosey, but with an endless world of possibilities out there we don't want to present you with something completely out of the question. 

I'm worried I'll design something and they'll hate it, what do you recommend?
First things first, think about the person you're designing for. If they love bold colours, edgy design and a flair for art, a 6 claw Platinum ring set with a round Diamond probably isn't their cup of tea. Of course, we know it's not always that straightforward. That's why we've designed gift vouchers that you can buy here.  Finally, we could always source the perfect gemstone or Diamond and you could present this to them on their special occasion. We're firm believers in designing something with the person it is intended for. Make the design process part of your story together. That way you know it's something they'll love.

How long do bespoke commissions take to make?
This completely varies depending on the commission but we like to say 6-8 weeks to make sure we have plenty of time. If you feel like you've left it a little too late then give us a call or send us a message and we will do our very best to help you.

I've been told that Titanium is a good option for my wedding ring because I work with my hands...
Ok, so this isn't a question as such but something we hear a lot. We don't work with any non precious metals, this includes Titanium. If you are a labourer and would like to wear a wedding ring we'd recommend Platinum or Palladium over any other non precious metals. Trust us, we've made a lot of them.

How ethical is your jewellery?
We pride ourselves on our values and ethics, and will always strive to do better where we can. All of the gold we use is either recycled or from a single-mine origin where it can be traced all the way back to the mine. All of our diamonds are proudly conflict free, and we are also Fairtrade certified.
